He Didn't Read The Sign
This picture turned out very tiny but the sign says "Watch Out For Ice".Maybe the poor bear just can't read. Maybe he needs glasses.Maybe he needs a tobaggen so he won't hurt his "noggin".Maybe I need to learn how to spell tobaggen.

A Great Dream
Yup this would be one of my favorite dreams. If I come back as an animal it would have to be a mouse or an alien that loves cheese. Here, have one as I have plenty.

What Would Be Your Ideal Pet?
Your Ideal Pet is a Big Dog |
You're both energetic, affectionate, and a bit goofy. And neither of you seem to mind very slobbery kisses! |

A wise old owl lived in an oak
The more he saw the less he spoke
The less he spoke the more he heard.
Why can't we all be like that wise old bird?

Rapunzel Up-Dated
Rapunzel! Rapunzel!
"Rapunzel! Rapunzel! You've cut off your hair!
Your billowing tresses are no longer there.
That mohawk you're sporting is spiky and pink.
I'm really not certain just what I should think.
"I came here expecting to clamber a braid,
ascending your tower to come to your aid.
Instead I have suffered the greatest of shocks
to find that you've cut off your lovely blonde locks."
"Prince Charming, Prince Charming," Rapunzel replied,
"I have no intention of being your bride.
We will not get married. We will not elope.
I've cut off my hair and I've braided a rope.
"You came here to visit me once every day,
and promised that soon you would take me away,
but you were too clueless to even concieve
of cutting my hair off so we could just leave.
"I cannot believe you were such a big dope.
I come and I go as I please with my rope.
And so, I'm afraid I can't give you my hand.
In spite of the fabulous wedding you planned."
From then on Rapunzel was known through the land.
She toured the world in a rock and roll band.
And silly Prince Charming, with rocks in his head,
rode off and got married to Snow White instead.

Face-Painting
When I was a little girl we didn't have such a thing
as face painting. The closest I got to it was I had
used my big sisters makeup and put huge lips on myself. The funny thing about that is, I thought I looked beautiful. The lipstick was very hard to get off too so I had to go to first grade with it still on my mouth.I was so embarrassed!

The Blue Lobster
This reminds me of the time we took our grandson Joel out to a seafood
retaurant after he moved to Pa. He was a year and a half and had very long arms as I
quickly found out. I ordered a dish with crab meat on top and he kept reaching over and ate all my crab . It was funny because he did it so fast besides eating his own food.He would take a piece of crab, eat a french fry, more crab then another french fry.He has always made us all laugh and he is a sweetheart. I don't know why the lobster is blue though. Maybe he lives in Alaska and is cold.

3 Little Pigs Joke
Three Little Pigs
Three Little Pigs went out to dinner one night. The waiter comes and
takes
their drink order.
"I would like a Sprite," said the first little piggy.
"I would like a Coke," said the second little piggy.
"I want water, lots and lots of water," said the third little piggy.
The drinks are brought out and the waiter takes their orders for
dinner.
"I want a nice big steak," said the first piggy.
"I want the salad plate," said the second piggy.
"I want water, lots and lots of water," said the third little piggy.
The meals were brought out and a while later the waiter approached the
table
and asked if the piggies would like any dessert.
"I want a banana split," said the first piggy.
"I want a root beer float," said the second piggy.
"I want water, lots and lots of water," exclaimed the third little
piggy.
"Pardon me for asking," said the waiter! to the third little piggy,
"but why
have you only ordered water all evening?"
The third little piggy says -
"Well, somebody has to go 'Wee, wee, wee, all the way home!"

Sad Little Sniffyfoot
I am sad today. I cannot find my kite. I think a tree
may have eaten it.
Maybe a cloud was lonely and took it up high.
Maybe a space man took it up to Mars.
Maybe a birdie flying by took it.
Maybe a star took it to have a pretty tail.Or Maybe............................
I was dreaming , yes that's it, because I am dreaming still.

For Older Kids With A Parent's Help
*** Bakeable "Salt Clay"***
Use cookie cutters or mold Salt Clay by hand, then bake in a 300 degree oven for use in creating refrigerator magnets, jewelry, ornaments, keychains, necklaces, and more.
Stir together:
2 cups plain flour
1 cup salt
1 to 1 1/2 cups cold water
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Knead well until it forms a soft ball. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil, make the shapes you want, and bake in the oven at 300 degrees or until hard (about one hour).
You can use food coloring to color dough before you bake it, or paint it afterwards. A finishing coat of shellac or clear acrylic will make your salt clay products last longer.
